I’m Martina Campolo, a wedding photographer based in Playa del Carmen, and honestly? This work is my whole heart. I’ve been documenting destination weddings and portrait sessions across Cancun, Riviera Maya & Tulum since 2006, and every single one still feels like a privilege.
My style is documentary and natural: I’m not here to pose you, I’m here to follow you, feel the room, and catch the moments that actually made your day yours. Originally from Italy, I work in English, Spanish, and Italian, and I love any excuse to shoot in Europe too. LGBTQ+ weddings warmly and happily welcomed.

We are very happy to have chosen Martina as our photographer, no just for the beautiful and unique images, but also for the way that she works with us, she stays at our side all day, take it a good mix of classic images, candid moments, creative portraits, and capture the really happy and joyful ambient our party. And even though she stayed with us all day long, she was very discrete and she knows how to moves. We also really like the pre-wedding photo and meeting that she proposes to us a few days before the wedding, help us to feel more comfortable in front of the camera…we are not really posing people!

Beyond Amazing! Martina did an amazing job of capturing every detail of our special day. We didn’t want “cheesy posed” wedding photos. We wanted her to capture the feeling, the emotion, the love behind the day. She has such a creative eye and truly connects with the emotion of the day and she captured everything so beautifully. Amazing Memories Captured Excellently!
I know Martina from many years ago when I lived in Mexico. When we realized that she was going to be in Europe during our wedding, there was only going to be one choice! Martina had to join the wedding and capture the day! The wedding day went past so fast because we were In the moment. But looking at the pictures showed us all the love and details Martina had captured for us to relive it every day over and over again.
